Obama, Holder and Bolton don't know our Constitution

Obama says he taught constitutional law but he obviously doesn't really know or dosen't understand the Constitution. When the suit was filed against the state of Arizona it was filed in a lower court and ruled on by Federal Judge Susan R. Bolton.
The Constitution clearly states in Article III section 2 that "all cases affecting Ambassadors, other public Ministers and Consuls, and those in which a State shall be a party, the Supreme
Court shall have original Jurisdiction.
Therefore the "trial" was unconstitutional and the judges ruling should be annulled. And Arizona
should be allowed to enforce thier illegal immigrant law.
I think this ignorance of the Constitution by Obama and Attorney General Holdren is inexcusible. We may never know how the Supreme Court would have ruled, particularly since Kagan doesn't start on the Supreme Court until October. But you must consider her appointment by Obama as PAYBACK for sealing his law school records and "deep sixing" at least five law suits filed with the Supreme Court questioning his eligibilty to be President. Will the crookedness and trampling of our Constitution never stop

When will it end?

Obama now has control of our healthcare, part of our auto industry, our banks, the student loan
program and is Commander in chief of our armed forces. Will he finally be happy when he controls our lives from conception to the grave. Most of tne time he is slow making decisions. It took him
only three hours to decide and state that the police had acted stupidly when the Georgetown proffessor was arrested in his own home. It took him 37 days to stop Gulf oil drilling after giving the contract to BP which has a horrible safety and training record. Then after the Gulf disaster it was 57 days to meet with the BP CEO. After Aeizona passed their illegal alien act it took him 78
days to file a law suit. To send more troops to Afghanistan it took 93 days. It took him 6 months to decide what breed of dog to get for his daughters. So I'm not surprized that it has been 480+
days since Acorn was filmed giving advice on how to get a bank loan to start a bordello using 13
year old girls and still NO investigation of ACORN. Of course ACORN play a major role in his getting elected. And NO investigation of the raving NAACP person who "hates all white crackers and want to kill them and their cracker babies.
Obama seems to have no clue why his approval rate is plumetting. I know why. Obama is a textbook narcsisst who really only cares for himself.
When he took the oath of office he swore to defend our constitution against all dangers foreign
and domestic. But instead he has trampled our constitution many times. He does not like our constitution because "it does not mention social justice". I think he really means distribution of
wealth, but I don't see him giving his money away----he is worth several million dollars.

Disgust, distrust, depressed.

The title describes how I feel about the Obama administration. I'm disgusted that they are suing
Arizona over their new law about illegal aliens when the federal government has done nothing to
seal our southern border. Not only illegals are crossing the border but so are tons of drugs. Obama sees all the illegals as future voters, so maybe I shouldn't be surprised at their inactivity.
I really would like to see a constitutional amendment that states if a child is born to an illegal alien, that child is not automatically a citizen and is sent home with the parents.
The illegals are costing our southern border states billions of dollars each year. Their prisons are full of illegal aliens felons. America treats illegals like no other country in the world. Mexico's treatment of illegals is harsh. Entering Mexico illegally will get you a two year prison term. The second time you enter illegally gets you a 12 year prison term.
The fence should be finished and electrified and all the tunnels under the fence should be blown up. National gaurd unit should patrol the border 24 hours a day with the right to taser those who do get over or under the fence then send them home.

Have had enough yet or do you still like Obama

Obama has been in office almost 10 months now and has succeeded in bringing the USA to the brink of bankruptcy. Even the Chinese are concerned about the money he has spent and intends to spend. Probably the fact that this country owes them something less than $2trillion is responsible.

And they know Obama will continue to spend money like a drunken sailor. Or maybe they have figured out that when his lips are moving, he is LYING. China is very concerned about our spending---they think our national debt might DOUBLE over the next decade. Our national debt divided evenly among our population amounts to$38,974.34 for every man, woman, and child. The interest on our debt is $5,00million per DAY!!!. Our debt as of 11/20/09 is $12.031,299,186,290. and rising----just 8 months ago it was $11trillion. Stimulus money was sent to 440 congressional districts that don't exist. $6.4billion were spent in these nonexistent districts to provide or "save" about 30,000 jobs. Money was sent to 875 congressional districts when in fact there are only 440.

That's almost $225,000 per job. $2million was given to the 99th district in North Dakota---now that is weird since N.D.has only 1 district. This administration wants to control health care---I will never believe that they are capable, and I think the above information proves they CAN'T.

Still no college and law school info from the Messiah

What is Obama hiding? He will not allow his College and Harvard Law school to release any information. He can't deny his relationship with ACORN nor Rev. Wright. He supposedly taught Constitutional law and he continues to trample the Constitution. He is trying to take away our rights given to us in the first and second amendments. He has stated that he is disappointed that the Constitution does not address "social justice". He has said the USA is not a Christian nation. Has he forgotten that ALL of our founding fathers were deeply religious, and took six days off to meditate and pray to overcome differences when writing the Constitution.

Is there any doubt in your mind that he wants to socialize the USA and control your life from cradle to grave---how you rear your children, how warm you keep your house, how much and what you eat, what kind of car you drive, what kind of health care you get? If you don't believe these, you'd best WAKE UP! He promised transparency but there is only opaqueness. He is a glib orator but never tells the truth. He has tripled our national debt and is still spending---the dollar has lost about 35% of its value since Obama took office and the USA is bankrupt or will be very soon.

Thomas Jefferson said it best: When the public fears the government there is tyranny, but when the government fears the public there is LIBERTY! It is high time we make the government fear us. Most politicians have forgotten THEY WORK FOR WE THE PEOPLE.

Obama is lying about our unemployment rate

The unemployment figures that Obama and his administration publish are LIES----they have excluded 8,000,000 people who have been jobless for a year or more. If you include those 8,000,000 the real unemployment rate is 16.4%

Where are the 5,000,000 jobs Obama promised to create. Maybe he needs to follow FDR's solution and revive the WPA and the CCC. Those people were good at leaning on their shovels. I know of one school built by the WPA that was practically falling apart before they finished it.

FDR tried various programs trying to end the 1930'' Depression but was never successful until we joined the English in WWII. He did this after Pearl Harbor. But you should remember we had broken the Japanese code----and FDR knew that Pearl Harbor was going to happen and did nothing to prevent the loss of part of our Navy and the loss of life inflicted on December 7 1941.

Obama is a narcissist and is showing signs of Paranoia. He must not be elected to a second term and our democrat idiots in Congress also must not be re-elected. This country is bankrupt thanks to them----we just haven't admitted it yet. Veep Biden says we must spend more money to avoid bankruptcy. WHEN YOU ARE IN A HOLE YOU SHOULD STOP DIGGING!!
